PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY Appointment Durations • ALL APPOINTMENT TIMES ARE ESTIMATED • All appointment durations are subject to change. • Please do not book if you have same day plans. • Please do not book if you cannot sit long periods of time, it causes an uncomfortable work environment. ——— Refunds • NO REFUNDS • Clients must express any concerns about their service before leaving the chair otherwise services has been rendered. ——— Deposit Policy • A Non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. •This deposit goes towards your service total. • Remaining balance will be due at scheduled appointment ——— Cancellations & Rescheduling • If you would like to cancel/reschedule, please notify me 24-48 hours in advance. •When rescheduling, you are allowed to transfer your deposit ONCE, and it has to be within the same month. • Failure to notify (NO SHOWS) will result in deposit loss and being banned. • If client has to cancel, deposit will be forfeited. ——— Payment Methods • We accept payments in CASH ONLY. • Please bring exact change whereas I may not have change. ——— Late Policy • There is a 10 minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. • After 10 minutes, there will be a $20 late fee added to your remaining balance. • After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled unless communicated otherwise. ——— No extra guests • To maintain a safe and sustainable working environment no extra guests are allowed unless being serviced. • Please arrive alone to your appointments. ——— Age Policy • Clients must be 13+. I do not Service anyone under said age unless communicated otherwise. ——— Natural Hair Requirements/Prep • Natural hair needs to be at least 4 inches all around. • Please contact and send a picture at (470) 295- 3671 if your hair is on the shorter side before booking. • If you have any scabs, bald spots, scarring, bleeding, chemical burns, or alopecia please do not book. • NO blunt ends • If shampoo/blow dry is not listed in the description of desired service, you MUST come freshly shampoo and thoroughly blow dried. • Please note if your service does include shampoo, you must come detangled. • If shampoo/blow dry is not included in desired service, it can always be added on for $30 additional. • Please come product free (Oils and Leave In) scalp will be moisturized and oiled by stylist. ——— PARKING • When you arrive to the front of the building, please text (470) 295-3671 to notify. • Clients will be given a parking pass and parking instructions upon arrival. • Parking pass must be returned after service has concluded. • Please arrive at least 5 minutes in adv to allow parking time, you must be seated in the chair by the end of the grace period. ——— Health Policy • If you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of illness, please be considerate and reschedule your appointment to another date. • If you suffer from allergies, please wear a mask to your appointment otherwise one will be provided. ——— Booking Calendar • My booking calendar opens on the 20th of every month at 12pm for the following month. We are CLOSED for ALL major holidays.
